Hello, students and parents, my name is Ellen Wood and I’m dedicated to cultivating great math students - particularly those struggling with the subject or who believe math is not for them.
My strengths lie in inspiring independent learners by teaching concepts and making connections for a full and complete understanding.

Since the beginning, tutors have set out to help students solve short term problems. Rarely is a tutor deeply invested in the long-term student relationship, or a student’s life long learning success.
